Kingdom Ways and Means
To equip emerging European leaders with tools for their leadership ministry and to build a relational network among them.
We are leaders from Foursquare churches of Europe
A group of pastors started KWAM Europe in 2011, with a passion to share from their experience and biblical knowledge, pouring into the next generations. The goal was to equip ministry leaders in their 20’s and 30’s with practical ministry skills and Kingdom of God principles and to establish a trans-European relational network among them.
At present, over 100 young leaders have completed the program, investing in their future ministries and long-term relationships with others in Europe.
The KWAM Facilitating Team is composed of Foursquare European-based leaders who will champion the vision, direct the program and disciple the participants of each cohort into the future.
What will we do during our gathering?
The program consists of four gatherings, participants meeting every six months (from Thursday to Sunday) as an entire cohort. In-between gatherings there will be assignments and conference calls in smaller groups.
Arrival to the gatherings should be prior to 18:00 on the first day and departure not earlier than 15:00 on the last day.
The host church is responsible for logistical support (accommodation, meals, transportation, etc..). Be preapred to be hosted by church families 🙂
Travel expenses are the PARTICIPANT’S RESPONSIBILITY, plus a 70 Euro KWAM participant fee for each cohort gathering to help with cost of housing and food.
There are very limited SCHOLARSHIPS to assist with travel, but registration fees are required for all. Contact the KWAM facilitating team if you have a serious need.
We come together in alternate locations throughout Europe. These locations and specific dates of the gatherings will be determined at least 6 months in advance.
